Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Canada Citizenship Mock Test ("the app", "we") handles information. We do not collect your personal information ourselves; the ads shown in the free version are served by Google AdMob (see below).
Information we collect
The app has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts or any other personal details.
The free version shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers see no ads. To show ads, Google and its partners may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking when asked), other device identifiers, IP address-based approximate location, information about how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information such as crash logs and performance data, as described in Google's advertising policies and Privacy Policy. We do not receive this information and do not use analytics tools.
Tracking choices
On first launch of the free version you may be asked for consent where required by law, and then whether to allow tracking across other companies' apps and websites. You can decline and still use the app with non-personalized ads, and you can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Data stored on your device
Your exam attempts, scores, answers, personal notes, flagged questions and appearance settings are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to us or to any third party. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Subscriptions and payments
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card or Apple Account details. Apple provides us with limited information needed to confirm whether your Premium subscription is active. Apple's handling of your information is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and we use them only to respond to you.
Children's privacy
The app is intended for adults preparing for the citizenship test. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
