By downloading or using Trump's Wacky Challenge ("the app"), made by ChowChow Labs, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Entertainment and parody
The app is an unofficial cartoon comedy and parody game made for entertainment only. The character is an exaggerated caricature; nothing in the app is a statement of fact about any real person or an expression of the developer's political views. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization, or any political party, campaign, government or public office.
Cartoon slapstick only
All props and reactions are cartoon slapstick. The app does not depict, promote or condone real violence or harm against anyone.
Purchases
Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase made through Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple. A Premium day pass earned by watching videos lasts 24 hours.
Names and marks
Any names or likenesses are used for parody and commentary. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ChowChow Labs is not liable for any claims or damages arising from its use.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
