Reporting a calculation

Tell us which calculator you used and the numbers you entered. Please don't send account numbers or documents.

Premium

• Restore a purchase: More › Settings › Restore purchases, on a device signed in with the same Apple ID.
• Cancel the monthly plan: Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How the estimates work

The App uses Canadian conventions: fixed rates compounded twice a year, variable rates monthly, mortgage default insurance below 20% down, minimum down payment rules and the stress test. Full details are on the methodology page.
