How do I restore Premium?

Open the App, tap the gear icon at the top right to open Settings, then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel the monthly subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, choose Celebration Candles & Cakes and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and never renews.

How do I blow out the candles?

During a celebration, tap a flame to blow out that candle, or tap the screen and choose Blow out to put them all out. Choose Relight for another wish.

The cake is too big or in the wrong place

While a celebration is playing, drag to move the cake and candles and pinch to resize them. Tap Re-center to go back to the automatic position.

How do I stop children from leaving the celebration?

Tap Lock in the controls; hold anywhere for 3 seconds to unlock. For a full lock, use Guided Access in your device’s Accessibility settings.

Will I lose my scenes if I reinstall?

Saved scenes are stored only on your device. Deleting the App removes them.
