Ontario G1 Test Prep ("the app") helps users practise for the Ontario G1 driving knowledge test. This policy explains what information the app does and does not collect.
We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or other personal details inside the app. Your practice progress and settings are stored locally on your device.
The free version of the app shows banner ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers and usage data (such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and ad interaction data) to serve and measure ads. You can limit ad personalization in your device's Settings (Privacy & Security > Tracking, and Apple Advertising). For more information, see Google's advertising policies and Google's Privacy Policy.
On iOS, the app asks your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before AdMob may use the advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalised ads. If you decline, ads are not personalised using the IDFA. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Premium subscribers see no ads.
The app offers Premium as an optional auto-renewing subscription. The subscription and all payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details; we receive only Apple's confirmation of your entitlement to Premium.
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the third-party services described above (Google AdMob for ads and Apple for purchases), which operate under their own privacy policies.
The app is intended for people preparing for a driver's knowledge test and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Because progress data is stored on your device, you can remove it at any time by deleting the app. We operate no server that stores your data, so there is no server-side data to delete.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
