How does the free trial work?
The 7-day free trial starts when you confirm it in the app. You get full access during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it becomes a monthly subscription charged to your Apple Account.
How do I cancel?
Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Sleep Buddy: Soundscapes. You can also tap Manage Subscription in the app's Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
I subscribed on another device. How do I get access?
Sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases in the app's Settings or on the subscription screen.
Why did the sound stop?
Sounds stop when the sleep timer ends, when you unplug headphones, or during phone calls. Sounds keep playing with the screen locked. Make sure your device volume is up and silent mode or Focus settings aren't affecting playback.
How do I play several sounds together?
In the Sounds tab, tap as many sounds as you like and they start playing right away. The sounds playing appear at the top of the screen, where you can remove one or change the volume of the whole group. Use the save button there, or Add to My Mix, to keep the combination in My Mixes.
How does the wake-up alarm work?
Turn it on in Settings > Alarm, pick a time and one of 10 soft tones. It repeats every day at that time until you turn it off. The alarm is delivered as a notification, so it works even if the app is closed.
Does the alarm sound in Silent mode or Do Not Disturb?
Not always. Because the alarm is a notification, iOS controls it: in Silent mode it vibrates instead of playing its tone (depending on your Sounds & Haptics settings), and a Focus such as Do Not Disturb or Sleep can silence it unless you allow Sleep Buddy: Soundscapes in that Focus. If Sleep Buddy is still open or playing sounds at alarm time, the tone plays in the app at the alarm volume you chose. For important wake-ups, also use the iPhone Clock app.
Why didn't my alarm go off?
It can't sound if notifications for Sleep Buddy: Soundscapes are turned off, the device is off, or system settings such as Focus block it. Check iOS Settings > Notifications > Sleep Buddy: Soundscapes.
How do I change my ad and tracking choices?
Ads appear only during the free trial. To change whether apps can track you, go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you're in a region where ad consent is required, tap Ad Privacy Choices in the app's Settings to review your choice.
What happens to my saved mixes if my subscription ends?
Your mixes stay on your device but can't be opened until you subscribe again. Deleting the app deletes them.
Do the sounds work offline?
Yes. Every sound is generated on your device, so no internet connection is needed to play them.
