By downloading or using Sleep Buddy: Soundscapes, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Wellness disclaimer. This app provides ambient sounds for relaxation and sleep routines. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure sleep disorders. Results vary, and the app cannot guarantee that you will fall asleep. If sleep problems persist, affect your daily life, or concern you, speak with a qualified health professional.
Free trial and subscription
- Full access requires an active subscription. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Apple decides eligibility for the trial.
- After the trial, the subscription is priced at CAD $3.99 per month in the Canadian App Store or USD $3.99 in the US App Store. Prices in other regions may differ.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, or at confirmation of purchase if you are not eligible for the trial.
- The subscription renews automatically every month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If you cancel, access continues until the end of the trial or paid period you've started.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies.
- Without an active trial or subscription, playback, presets, the sound library and saved mixes are unavailable.

Advertising
Banner ads provided by Google AdMob are shown during the free trial and removed once your paid subscription is active. Ads are never shown in the player.
Sounds
All sounds in the app are generated by the app itself. You may use them for personal listening. Please do not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content, or reverse engineer the app.
Alarms and timers
Alarms are delivered as notifications and depend on your device's settings. In Silent mode an alarm may only vibrate, and a Focus such as Do Not Disturb may silence it. We can't guarantee that an alarm will sound if notifications are off, the device is off or silenced, or system settings prevent delivery. Don't rely on the app for critical wake-ups.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms or the app from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
